  • participation in the conference
  • evening event on the first day of the conference
  • visit of the trade exhibition
  • networking with other participants

Registration

Please register under "Registration". Following the receipt of your written registration you are registered as a participant and will receive written confirmation as well as a bill which is to be paid before the start of the event.

In the event of cancellations after the cancellation deadline (14 days before the event) or in the event of no-show, the full participation fee will be charged; however, a substitute participant may be provided. Cancellations before this date will be charged € 150,- administration fee for on-site participation, digital tickets cannot be cancelled. However, a replacement participant for a digital ticket can be provided. All changes/cancellations must be made in writing. The organizer reserves the right to relocate, change or cancel the entire event or individual parts of it at short notice.

Data protection is important to us

Your personal details will be processed by SV Veranstaltungen GmbH for the purpose of customer care (e.g. confirmation of registration). Furthermore, we use your data for our internal market research. Additionally, you will be informed occasionally by SV Veranstaltungen GmbH and about similar own offers or services (e.g. same or similar events) by e-mail. You may object to the use of your data at any time in writing to Süddeutscher Verlag Veranstaltungen GmbH, Justus-von-Liebig-Straße 1, D-86899 Landsberg or by e-mail to info@sv-veranstaltungen.de.
